Summer is one of the only seasons where you have a lot of options to choose your outfit but still have to stick to some basic clothes as you wanna protect yourself from tanning, sunburns, rashes, and sweat, you don't need to worry about the same from now!

Today I am going over 8 fashion hacks and clothing hacks that which will keep you fresh all day this summer:

#1
Cold shower

Summer is the only season when you become friends with cold water and take shower more than once or twice in a day, the best way to take the maximum out of your shower is to have a cold shower and by cold, I mean CHILLING COLD!

When you take a cold shower your body temperature goes down from normal which is good in summers, the benefits of cold shower includes Healthy skin and hairs, improved blood circulation, boost in immunity, relief from depression, increase fertility in women and testosterone levels in a male, yes you heard that right!

Avoid taking a cold shower if you have a Heart problem, high blood pressure or Fever

#2
Undershirt

We all hate sweaty armpits and sweaty back because of long hours of drive the case is worse when you're heading somewhere where your outfit really matters, what I will suggest is that you should invest in a good quality undershirt. A good quality undershirt will quickly absorb the moisture from your body and will save your outfit from looking sweaty it also helps to prevent the white patches under armpits in on your shirt.

#3
The Napkin

If you are a commuter and travel through a Non-AC vehicle this is one of your lifesavers, carrying a Napkin with you in your bag helps you to wipe out all the access sweat and keeps you dry. Don't use your handkerchief if you are sweating more that will just make it wet and will spoil your pants when you keep it in, carry a Napkin instead its thick, it's soft and it keeps you dry.

#4
No show socks

This is where you save yourself from sweaty feet and stay fresh all day, no show socks also known as loafer liners or invisible socks are the socks which are not like traditional socks they are a small piece of fabric covering a major part of your foot area in a way that's invisible, use them in substitution of full length socks this summer. The full-length clothes make feet warm and sweaty, where the no-show socks do the opposite and provide more room for your fabric to stay close to your body AKA tight pants.

#5
No graphic tees

Wait Whatt?? No graphic t-shirts?
Yes, graphic t-shirts are no doubt made of cotton but the graphic is made from the dye and polyester is used to print on cotton t-shirts also polyester does not absorbs moisture which will automatically make you sweaty and feel hot when you wear it, my advice would be to wear an undershirt anytime you want to wear a graphic t-shirt in summer, or else just save them for winters.

#6
Carry a small messenger bag and not a big bag

Carrying things in summer can be a hell of a job, a big bulky bag on the back or on your shoulder just mess up the look and makes you sweaty. Carry only the essentials and carry it smartly for that purpose messenger bags are a great way to stay organized and look sharp at the same time they are light and take little space also they come out as a fashion bags and not as a bag to store your things. If you are carrying a laptop using a laptop briefcase.

#7
Vests

Vests are one great way to stay cool in summer while you are chilling outside with your friends and want to keep things loose an comfy, I would best recommend to go with a cotton vest and not with nylon or performance wear vest that will just make you more sweaty and uncomfortable.

#8
Dress after 30 minutes of shower

If you wanna go out somewhere after your shower plan your shower 30 minutes prior to you dress up, that's because when you take a shower a cold shower your body temperature drops downs and if you layer it up immediately after the shower that makes you more sweaty, ever faced a situation where you feel sweaty after a shower when you get ready? Try this style hack and you will feel the difference.
