BMW M6 F13 by Risden Engineering

BMW M6 tends to be more of a super GT than a sports car, but it is an M car after all, and has the potential to become a serious track car. Risden Engineering sees this potential and is working on a program that turns the M6 into what they refer to as a ‘streetable track car’.

The idea is that the car remains properly docile for street use, and when you take it to the race track all that racing components added to it will result in greater performance. And there is quite a bit of racing bits and bobs fitted to this car.

The Risden R6 package includes a fixed wing and a retractable wing, and also built in cooling features and new vent openings for the brakes and engine. The M6 has also been on a diet and has lost a couple of stones. A fully adjustable suspension, 4 point roll bar, and a new brake system have also been added, but there is no plan for any performance upgrade. That is fine, of course, as the standard car comes with 560 horsepower.
